+: Realmente los RIU son una de las mejores cadenas hoteleras all inclusive... no son perfectos, pero te garantiza la diversión que es a lo que fuimos mis amigas y yo... no creo que es un lugar para niños ni un lugar familiar...

-: No cambiaron las sábanas en toda la estancia nos quedamos 5 noches... la próxima vez lo pido a lo mejor ahí si lo hacen... me di cuenta solo al final cuando ya nos íbamos

+: The only nice thing was the beach. Everything else was awful.

-: Pretty much everything. The whole resort was filthy. Trash was everywhere. Our towels looked very old and not clean. Our bed linens had stains. The shower water smelt like sewage. The food was terrible everywhere. Everything was just dirty and unsanitary. This was the worst resort we have ever stayed at and we will never return to any RIU again.

+: Vom resort organisierte Parties waren sehr gut. Partystimmung bei den Gästen war auffallend gut.

-: Zimmer war nicht so sauber. Bettwäsche haben nicht angenehm gerochen.

-: Everything. Horrible service and disgusting rude staff. Had a 4 hour check-in process just so They locked me in a room of fumigation and paint fumes. I almost passed out and had a severe asthma attack. Then the next day I was trapped in the elevator without power where no staff was willing to help. I was trapped over 5 mins and needed to keep banging on metal door just so another guest to help me. When I went to the staff to complain, they started laughing at me and even admitted they do not need to help me. And I did not have a working toliet for the whole trip. I needed to use a trash can to fill it up with water anytime I needed go use the bathroom.This was the disgusting experience I ever received.
