+: Camera mare, paturi confortabile, TV cu diagonala mare, vedere la mare. Curatenia se facea de 2 ori pe zi. Multe fructe, salate si sucuri la masa de dimineata. Deserturile variate si gustoase.

-: Hotelul este departe de standardul de 5 stele. Exteriorul era total neingrijit. WIFI total dezamagitor, viteza foarte mica si trebuie mereu sa te conectezi pe browser. Baia era spatioasa dar prosoapele subtiri si uzate. Ventilatia nu functiona nici la baie nici la WC, (care era incapere separata), asa ca aerisirea nu prea se facea. Oglinda din baie pentru barbierit avea lumina dar nu functiona. Cantarul din baie era defect. La cabina de dus podeaua de plastic era moale si se misca cand paseai. AC-ul din camera nu functiona fara cartela, daca lasai cartela in suport cei de la curatenie lasau usa de la balcon intredeschisa ca sa nu functioneze. Racitorul din camera era jalnic, dupa 24 ore abia simteai ca a scatut temperatura cu cateva grade. Masa era de nivel acceptabil doar. Produsele locale aratau ciudat, mai mult oase decat carne in preparate. Micul dejun destul de variat dar cu aceleasi produse in fiecare zi. Daca vreai o omleta sau ou ochi trebuia sa stai la coada la OMLET STATION. La masa de seara nu primeai nici macar apa, asa ca erai obligat sa cumperi. La restaurantul a la carte am asteptat 90 minute pentru o pizza si un hamburger, desii eram singurii clienti care au comandat mancare. La 5 stele serveau bauturile in pahare de plastic !!! Privelistea din balcon dezolanta, marea si piscina se vedeau OK dar in fata era, in acceasi curte, un hotel dezafectat, fara geamuri, plin de igrasie. Toata Tunisia arata ca o mare groapa de gunoi, mizeria este peste tot. Doar in resorturi si cartiere de lux se face curatenie.
