Имеется частный пляж, а также казино. Предлагаются открытый бассейн, фитнес-центр и вечерние развлечения.
В числе удобств номеров письменный стол. В номерах установлен телевизор с плоским экраном, а некоторые номера курортного спа-отеля Impressive Premium выходят окнами на море. Во всех номерах в распоряжении гостей собственная ванная комната с душем.

-: Wir haben Premium gebucht, und davon haben wir keine unterschied gesehen. wir glauben das die Premium kategorie nur für Menschen gedacht ist die bei tragen die Premium- armbänschen, sich von der masse unterscheiden und dadurch ein gehobenen gefühlt bekommen. Die Premium Gästen bekommen ein keine getrente Pool ohne Schatten. Sonst nicht. Ausserdem hat uns ein wenig Genervt da die Vacation Club Verkäufer in die Anlage, immer wieder fragen, wann bist du gekommen? wann geht's du? Falls ich nochmal hin soll werde ich definitiv kein Premium buchen.

+: The food at the Al a carte restaurants was amazing! There were a lot of guests on the property when we went, but we never felt it was crowded. We spent the extra money to be premium and it was definitely worth it, mainly because our butler (Jobraylin) was absolutely fantastic! He helped us with dinner reservations, recommended and set up transportation to an off-property cigar shop, and even made sure we arrived at the airport okay after we had already checked out of the hotel. We also enjoyed the beach activities like the hobi kat and free scuba diving lessons. These were super easy to arrange and we had a blast! The beaches were clean and there was plenty of chairs to lounge in!
-: The buffet food was okay. Lots of options, but kind of bland in our opinion. Also, when booking excursions, you can book through the hotel or through a vendor in the lobby (we didn’t know this on check in), so we just booked with the vendor in the lobby. To get to our excursion, we were shuffled around on 5 different buses that stopped in some sketchy areas. The excursion itself was great, but if you book with the vendor in the lobby, the logistics to get tofrom the excursion may be a little sketchymore complicated than prefered

+: The beach was pretty, and the food at the Japanese restaurant was the best thing we had.
-: A large portion of the staff at the resort was rude and unhelpful. They would only give us 1 coffee cup in our room after requesting 2 multiple times and would not bring fresh face towels, but they would take the dirty ones. You have to make reservations for each restaurant except for the buffet and the reservations are limited- they only allow so many. The food was subpar. The app to make reservations rarely worked. All of The pools and outdoor bars close at 6pm. Our bathroom tub was disgusting. Bring plenty of cash- the atms don’t work within the resort and they will not break large bills. Good luck ordering room service- the line is always busy. 90% of the staff do not speak English so ensure that you have brushed up on your Spanish. We booked the “Premium” level- it has zero perks and cost more $ - they still ended up putting us in a room on the non-premium side which did not have the amenities the booking showed. Overall- we will not stay here again. We have stayed at all inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and this is by far, the worst.

+: The property is pretty although I smelled sewage more than I would have liked. WiFi was good throughout the property. Pools were very clean. Beach & pool loungers were incredibly comfortable and very nice. The beach is beautiful and well maintained minus the “eco pit” compost pile at the end of the beach. The massages in the spa were very nice- we paid $148 for a couples Swedish massage which is comparable to what we pay at home. The staff at the spa were very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
-: Staff was overall rude and essentially ignored English speaking guests. We had issues getting ahold of the butler so we went to the front desk. The manager told us, “I’m going to explain a common misconception to you. We have 15 butlers servicing all of our 652(?) rooms and they are only available 9 to 5.” It was such a weird and condescending thing to say to a guest inquiring about contacting their butler that I almost laughed aloud. If it’s “a common misconception” that butlers are available for more than 13rd of the day maybe it’s an issue on your end and you should clarify that with guests instead of eluding that butler service is 247. All numbers in the resort (room service, front desk, etc.) give a busy signal except 0 presumably because the resort wants guests to do everything through their app. They push Premium so hard that basically everyone is Premium and nothing is VIP. They advertise a casino that is indefinitely closed, mini golf that has been converted to a (really adorable) playground, and Bali beds… which they don’t mention are only available for “stallion” members. All food stations are outdoors and attract insects with the exception of the VIP lounge. We’ve arrived home and my husband is still sick. I, miraculously, have survived with only a short bout of illness.
