-: Cet hôtel et son service ne mérite pas 5 étoiles, maximum 3. 1.Le payment: en dollars, en euros en livres turques en espèces, mais pas par la carte.On m'a refusé de prendre le paiement en euros sous une forme très pas agréable, bien que 50% j'ai payé sur la même carte et l'institution n'a pas eu de problèmes. La communication d’un manageur à la réception était très irrespectueuse. 2. Équipement:pas de crèmes, de shampooings ou de peignoirs de bain. Tout est vieux dans la chambre et dns la salle de bain les joints ont été décollés, donc l'eau a coulé après chaque douche. On a demandé à plusieurs reprises de réparer ça, mais personne n'est jamais venu.3.Nourriture: jus chimiques, aliments très gras, en général le même. Les jus fraîchement pressés qui doivent être inclus dans le prix sont vendus pour 2 euros. 4. Magasins: Au rez-de-chaussée, de faux sacs à main de grandes marques comme Chanel, Dior, etc. sont vendus. 5. Transfère de l’aéroport: Le chauffeur a parlé au téléphone et a regardé des vidéos tout le trajet . Nous avons presque eu deux accidents. Le prix de telle servis est 90€ aller 6. -: Booking.com üzerinden deniz manzaralı oda seçerek rezervasyon yaptım. Ancak tesise gittiğimde çatı katında ancak terasa çıkıp ayağa kalkıp kafamı çevirdiğimde denizi görebiliyordum. -: For managers:1. I think water slides the staircase need good cleaning.2. Other option is refurbishing or replacing all water slides with new and better to be according to the hotel. 3. The bed in our room need replacement, do not know for other rooms situation. The bed was curved in the middle and was not comfortable.4. Third bed was good for our kid. 5. Pillows were too thick for me.6. Hotel need more umbrellas in the pool area.7. Location is not so good, but for us wasn't a problem because we travel by car.8. Hair dryer button were problematic.

-: les chambres n'ont pas été nettoyées, les serviettes ont été changées, je pense que le personnel n'a tout simplement pas le temps car le volume de travail est importantla nourriture des premiers jours était très savoureuse et plus tard même pas comestible, mais nous avons ensuite découvert que le chef avait changé d'équipe
