+: Your waitress by the name wilfred she has EXCELENT Qulities she was the best staff who show every concern my wife liked her alot i myself i compliment

-: I didn't like your breakfast

+: The hotel is medium sized, not really a resort hotel more like a nice Motel. I liked the basic buffet breakfast and Dinner, and the good aircon in rooms and the comfy bed and large TV. Like having a balcony

-: The room is on the small side, but has what you need, I have stayed three times and check in is always a painful experience. Even if there is only one person in front of you prepare to wait over 20mins. Ridiculous on all three occasions.

+: Erg vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer met een lekker bed.

-: Kamer lag aan de wegzijde. Hierdoor soms best veel verkeersgeluid. Daarnaast waren de gordijnen niet erg verduisterend en hing er een wat onhandig gepositioneerde buitenlamp boven het raam.

+: Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Vraiment a l'europeenne donc hyper bien equipee et lit king size a ressorts. Le restaurant était délicieux et prix très corrects. Le personnel était tres agréable et accueillant.

-: Les horaires restreints pour la piscine. A 18h obligé de quitter l'eau alors que c'était l'heure la moins chaude donc la plus agréable.De plus malgré le nettoyage quotidien et minutieu de l'agent responsable de la piscine, il y avait de nombreuses puces d'eau qui mordent. C'était peu agréable.

+: Location on major main street allows for easy commuting around Diani.

-: Toilet in room needed to be refurbished. Needed to ask for towels and pillows to be refreshed.

+: The personell was very friendly and forthcoming. Made our stay very pleasant. The pool area is nice.

-: We enjoyed our stay very much, hardly anything to complain about. The conferences taking place during our stay made it a bit busy but no big deal really.
