I have traveled many countries to Thailand and England and I have never encountered such an unfriendly reception. I would never comment on anything intended to offend you, but this is important. Because I was paying to live, not free, I wanted convenience and good hospitality.I reserved a room for two people to stay with my mother for 8 nights, but when the room I booked was small and had no balcony, I changed rooms and paid extra to get a room with a balcony. to receive ventilated air But when entering the room, it was a room that was not the same as in the photo taken on booking.com. The room was not clean, in front of the balcony there was moss, water was opened, it gave off a bad smell, the bed was hard, the bathroom was in an old condition and the toilet bowl made loud noises all the time, the air conditioner was not cool, night time very noisy from outside and There are a lot of small ants.And the most important thing is that the receptionist doesn't have a friendly face and talks badly and doesn't welcome guests the entire time I stayed there. I tried to move to another place but I had to be patient because if I moved out I am unable to get a refund. But in this matter, I understand that if I move out, I will not be able to get my money back. I never come back this place ever again.
