+: The two things that were truly excellent, namely the sea and WorldClass gym, had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

-: It looks like there are two hotels in the same location, one three-star and one potentially five-star with private villas, pier, and restaurant (although I cannot be sure about that given the overall level of service provided). It all starts with the lack of a luggage room at the main reception: one is offered to just leave their luggage outside without any supervision, or in a tiny room outside the hotel without CCTV and any supervision either (forget the safety of your belongings!) You then come to the main restaurant and get a little surprised by the lack of variety of food options and its tastelessness; you wonder whether there may be another restaurant that would live up to the expectations of a Turkish five-star hotel (I have been to many!), but alas, this is what it is. More than half of the food options are the same for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and forget about thematicworld cuisine dinners. But most bizzarrely, forget about eating at a clean table, because your dirty plates and cutlery are UNLIKELY to be removed before you finish your meal. If anything happens to the facilities in your room (we had a major toilet leak that made the bathroom resemble one from the Titanic movie), this will NOT be fixed even after several reports, and if you ask to be moved to a different room with working facilities for which you'd paind, you will have to engage in a two-hour debate with unpleasant and rude hotel staff who will 1) make you feel unsafe and 2) offer you a CHEAPER room with no reimbursement claiming that this treatment is normal for a five-star hotel. As you may have already guessed, our stay in this hotel was the biggest disappointment ever; something clearly must have changed over the past 10 years when this was a different place. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and money; there are plenty of better options out there.

+: Location , sea , ala card restaurants

-: Food generally no good - only in the ala card restaurants, aircon didn’t work in the room , hotel itself old as well as room needs a lot of renovation, service is not 5 star.. I needed to fight even for fresh orange juice in the buffet restaurant ..not as good as it was several years back. I don’t think I ll stay over there again.

+: Enormous area with gardens, swimming pools, restaurants and bars for every taste and preference. The best Kids club I ever saw, being like a hotel inside the hotel with their own water park, adventure centre, restaurant, entertainment stage. Every possible workshop for every age - from dancing, painting to Lego, making robots, DJ sessions, Playstations competitions and so much more. The brand new Marina pool and Marina bar are in the quite area of the resort, closed off from the wind, which was important in October. The drinks included in the all inclusive are not the standard "local equivalent", but imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands. All and all we had a brilliant stay, though too short of course!

-: Can't fault on anything, may be in high season it would be too busy in the main restaurant, but in October we never had any issues to find a table and did not experience any long queues

+: Great location, the hotel area looks like a big, well-groomed garden. The beach is great with multiple chaise lounges and towels.

-: Poor air-conditioning, it was hot and stuffy in the room. Even when our room was changed to another one after my complaints, AC did not work properly. The reception works slowly. Often, there's only one employee working for all reception. There's a big variety of food but all meat dishes have the same taste.

+: Staff very friendly, ready to help. Food very good quality. Rooms renovated, clean and spacious. Pool slides are definitely a plus.

+: There were great workshops for children and awesome sport workshops! The staff was very friendly and agreed to move us to our company that were accommodated in other complex that we were. So we were very pleased and got lots more good vibes than we thought we get.
