+: What me and my family loved about the property was the aesthetics, how welcoming the staff were, the restaurants that came with half board or full board, the hotel was family friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them is enjoyable.
-: The only thing I would say is that the hotel doesn’t have evening entertainmentnight show which I think would be a great add on because not everybody wants to go to games room after dinner especially I’ve your on a couples holiday or gaming is not your thing. Also reservation team needs to make their customers aware of the deposit on arrival so the customers are not faced with an unexpected bill.

+: Micul dejun foarte variat, personalul extrem de atent si mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Curatenie, miros placut oriunde in hotel, baia mare si privelistea foarte frumoasa. In camera nu ne-a lipsit nimic, ea fiind dotata cu fier de calcat, masa de calcat, uscator de par etc.
-: Portiunea de apa din plaja privata este destul de mica. Nisipul este plin de scoici si in apa si pe plaja, asadar cam dureros pentru picioare
