-: באמצע הרחוב והכביש לא סימפטי

-: עובדי נקיון ממש גרועים לא מקצועיים לא מנקים את החדר כמו שצריך , הייתי 5 לילות וכל יום לא ניקו את החדר טוב טעון לשיפור גרוע מאוד . מוציאים את הזבל מהפחים כאילו מסדרים מיטה וזהו לא מנקים ריצפה ולא כלום השאירו פירורים על הריצפה לא ניקו שירותים אפילו אחרי 4 ימים לא החליפו מצעים עד שלא התקשרתי לדלפק קבלה וביקשתי להחליף מצעים למיטה אחרי 4 ימים , חבל שמלון הזה מחזיק בעובדי הנקיון האלה . מלון טוב אבל ניקיון של החדרים גרוע מאוד !!!

-: TAXI! The hotel ordered me a taxi from the airport, the taxi driver was driving very fast, I was afraid - it was dangerous. But because it was at night, I didn't say anything. But when I got out, he wanted more money than agreed and I said no. I couldn't get out of the car, which was terrible for a woman alone with a small child at night. He was calling someone and shouting in the phone. We had to sit in the car waiting, then he said ok and let us go. Bad experience.

-: Mâncarea la mic dejun a fost aceeasi mereu (timp de 5 zile...). Este inadmisibil pentru un hotel de nota 9....Curatenia în camera nu era impecabila, timp de 5 zile nu se schimba lenjeria și nu se dădea mereu cu mopul
