-: Alors propreté des chambres 0! Tout était poussiéreux ! Le sol … je marchais à pieds nus et j’avais les pieds tout sales en 2 secondes. La salle de bain pareil! Il y avait un rubans sur le wc avec inscrit hygiène dessus alors que j’aurais pu dessiner un cœur avec toute la poussière ! La machine à café , idem! Des taches partout autour des personnes qui l’avaient utilisé avant nous ! Literie très vieillot! Les portes très vielles et tiennent à peine ! Buffet minim et pas de très bonne qualité ! Le snack qui est proposé ! N’en parlons pas ! On a pris à la carte une salade et on nous a servi 3 feuilles de salades avec 2 morceaux de pain! La mer est rocailleuse donc pas agréable ! Le personnel ne comprend rien à ce qu’on lui dit ! On doit répéter 10 x les mêmes choses … Bref ce fut très très décevant! La personne qui m’a accompagné , m’avait lui même conseillé cet hôtel qui a très bonne repution et a été lui même très déçu ! J’ai payé 250€ pour 2 personnes pour la nuit ! Et je ne comprend pas que cet hôtel ai 5 *! Je suis une voyageuse et j’adore les beaux hôtels mais celui ci ne vaut pas du tout ses étoiles! Et ne le recommanderais pas.

+: Her şey mükemmeldi. Tesis bakımlı ve her zaman temiz, yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetliydi, bir türk olarak bizim damak tadımıza uyan lezzetler çok fazlaydı. Personel çok eğlenceli ve güler yüzlü, bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. A la carte restoranlardan greek restoranı denedik, sunum ve lezzet üst düzeydi. Biz 2.5 yaşında çocuğumuzla tatil yaptık ve çok memnun kaldık, aile dostu bir otel çocuklar için yeterli aktivite mevcut. Son gün odamızı teslim ettikten sonra uçuş saatimize kadar otelde bulunmamıza hatta imkanlardan faydalanmamıza izin verdiler çok nazik ve düşünceliler. Hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz, hurghadaya tekrar gelsem tekrar bu otelde kalırım.
