+: The best thing about the location was that the beach was 3 minutes from the hotel, they did shisha (extra fee), quick service overall when requesting some drinks etc.

-: The food choices were limited, other visitors would touch fruits etc and then put them back, the staff were either not present or very nonchalant - I checked in late as I had initially missed my flight and upon going to my room a member of staff was walking behind me, I took no notice and we did not exchange any words however a few minutes later he was knocking at my door despite me having 'do not disturb' throughout my duration he had done it again another night and I was in shock, he tried to 'give additional towels and toiletries' even though I did not ask or need these, it gave the impression that he wanted to come into my room, I was very cautious not to indulge in alcohol as I did not want to be taken advantage of - he did not have a badge and for the rest of my stay I did not feel safe or comfortable. The hotel was musty and outdated - it did not feel like more than 23* and as it did not have cameras in the hallways probably only in the reception bit I was anxious when in my room or going around. I also booked a hammam and the spa staff member said for the massage part there was 1 female and 1 male available to massage me and my friend, I did not mind a male massaging me however it was very off putting and concerning that he was dripping sweat over me - this ruined the Hammam experience for me. The hotel entertainment was also lacking, I was disappointed and embarrassed that I selected this hotel.

-: Tres decu de la qualité de la restauration , pas assez de choix dans la nourriture.La chambre est pleine de d’humidité, odeur pas tres agréable, les odeurs des wc sentent mauvaises dans la chambre..La table de la terrasse du balcon pleines de poussières ..Pas de wifi dans le secteur des chambres ni aux alentours de la piscine.Les terrains de voley et foot sont sales..La table de billard est inclinée..L’hotel ne possede que une seule machine de TPE ( paiement par carte ) : une galere pour payer ( obligation de faire le tour du monde a chaque fois pour payer : aller a la caisse du haut )
