+: Das Personal war wirklich sehr sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war auch gut direkt in Gümbet und direkt am Strand. Der Strandabteil ist Traumhaft schön. Zum Zentrum brauchte man ca 7-10 min mit dem Bus, was auch in Ordnung war.
-: Es war nicht alles so sauber wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte, dreckig aber auch nicht. Die Betten waren sauber, nur im Bad war die Dusche und das Waschbecken mit Kalk bedeckt. Das essen war in Ordnung.

+: This review is for Costa Bitezhan hotel, as the original property could not accommodate us due to a last minute issue with the reservation. However, the staff did everything they could to resolve the situation quickly, and our trip did not suffer at all. The substitute property was very similar to this one, located nearby, so we got all the amenities we were looking for. The food was fresh and nice, and the beach quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and communicative.
-: Everything was to our liking. Perhaps the food selection could use a bit of diversity, but at the price point it's reasonable and fair.
