+: Çocuklar için ayrılan alan gayet rahattı. Güzelce çimlerin üzerinde güneşlenirken çocuğumla ilgilenebildim. Yemekleri çok güzeldi. JURA HOTELS grubunda ki diğer otellere de gittim. Yaz tatili olarak en güzellerinden biriydi diyebilirim. Teşekkürler Jura Hotels.

+: Fiyatı çok uygun diye tereddüt etmiştim ama fiyata göre çok iyi hizmet ve kaliteli ekip ile güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

-: היה רשום הכל כלול אבל בפועל לא היה ארטיקים היה חסר מלא סוגי שתייההרוב המוחלט של צוות המלון לא מבין אנגלית היה בעיה ביום הראשון הזמנו חדר משפחתי עם 2 חדרים ובחדר ההורים היה מעמד לטלויזיה אבל בלי טלויזיה, לא יכלנו להתקלח כי לא היה ברז לאמבטיה, וכאשר התקשרנו לקבלה ועדכנו אותם אמרו ששולחים מישהו והוא הגיע רק יום למחרת בשעה 2 בצהריים(מיותר לציין שזה היה עובד מהמלון ולא מישהו חיצוני שהיה צריך לחכות בשבילו) לגביי האוכל: טיילתי במלא מדינות ומלא מקומות בעולם וגם במלא מקומות בטורקיה אבל האוכל שהיה במלון הזה היה דוחה ואפילו בלתי אכיל, פשוט לא נגענו באוכל למעט אורז( הרגשתי בהישרדות) החדר אוכל היה מלא זבובים, אוכל לא מזמין, דגים לא מוכנים על גבול המקולקלים, למלון הזה לא אחזור לעולם וגם ממליץ לא להתקרב אליו

+: Very terrible and everything was wrong with the hotel. We had 4 month baby and 5 year old child - my wife fell ill from the food and I also fell ill as the food they served were cold e.g. chips, chicken nuggets and taste of food was horrible. No kids club as it was closed and night entertainment was in Turkish. You cant get a yellow taxi as hotel does not allow as they want their taxi that are very twice the price. Uber app - drivers cancel. The swimming pool smelled of toilet and smell from the bedroom from the toilet was horrible. It took 15minutes for cultery to arrive as too many people in the hotel. People smoke in front of kids near swimming pool. I got red rash marks from using the swimming pool and no life guard in the kids or large swimming pool.

-: Food, customer service and cleanliness of the room

-: To be honest, everthing. Dirty hotel. Not pleasure personel. Very little of food and the main is... Food was infected...! We are till now infected by their food. The mess was everywhere. We bought a hotel as all inclusive and there was open only one dirty bar with just few drinks where were qeues with lot of people waiting for their drink. Hte bed was small size. Shower on a room was broken. There was not any paper towel on a room. Door of a room was broken as well. Everwhere on a floor was sticky places. We cme to a hotel at evening and they gave us cold rest of their food from supper. Mosquitos everywhere...!!! If you wanted a sparkling wine you needed to buy it from them and we realized that it was non-alcoholic. Instead of juice they have there incredible over sweet water with kind of flavor. They did not had coffee. Only instant coffee on a plate and hot water. The same with milk. Just cream on a late with a spoon. Eggs had been doing on a litres and litres disgusting oil. They were swim in an oil. Disaster..!! But the most was that till now we cennot even move and we have stomachache with laxation, high fever and we needed to go to doctor because of their infected food. Incredible..!!! We will want to have financial compensation. So we will connect your customer department.
