+: The property was immaculate. Rooms cleaned every single day. Fresh towels every day. Nothing was a problem. Staff unbelievably accommodating and extremely friendly.
-: The property could do with modernisation in terms of decor but it did not affect our stay.

+: Fantastic value for money! Rooms are dated but really clean and have all that you would need. Towels changed every day. Great shower & plenty of hot water. Staff are really helpful & we were looked after really well. We had a late flight home & were able to keep our room until the evening which was really appreciated ! Pool is lovely with plenty of loungers and a poolside bar. Would definitely return to Oya!

+: posizione poco distante dalla centrale degli autobus, l'appartamento è spazioso, con balcone verso cortile, silenzioso, con ascensore, cucina, ampio tavolo, letto matrimoniale comodo, bollitore acqua, pulizia delle stanze quotidiane con cambio asciugamani, carta igienica disponibile, il segnale Wi-Fi era buono (attenzione molti siti non sono raggiungibili e censurati! Con un VPN Europeo si può superare questo limite). il personale gentile e parlano ben lnglese e tedesco (in Turchia non è scontato!)
-: La cucina dispone di una piastra soltanto, tutto ormai stra usato e vecchio, dalle poche pentole, alle posate striminzite, nessun detersivo per i piatti, nessuna spugnetta, nessun strofinaccio. Mancavano tutte le cose basilari come sale, zucchero, olio, neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua ecc. ecc.Anche in bagno mancava tutto, neanche un campioncino di shampoo, niente sapone. Direi per un ApartHotel è basilare, Risparmio al posto sbagliato!Per fortuna ci sono diversi negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze!

+: Spotlessly clean, has all that you need, extremely helpful thoughtful staff, who nothing is too much for. Short walk from centrum, supermarkets at either side of the entrance. Hotel arranged transfers which were extremely helpful especially as our arrival was at almost midnight…
