-: We’ve lost prescription glasses (I believe left it in our room) at the check out time. I’ve send them email straight away and asked to doubled check it. A weeks later still no reply(forward my inquiry in lost and found department and no one been in touch since then.) I’ve sent 2-3 emails, still no reply

+: Great Hotel Exellent facilities. Great choice of food at all meal times. Beach is on your door step. Has a great spa would highly recombined a vist.
-: Booked a room with double bed when we arrived at had 2 singles. When we asked if they could sort it out they joined beds together. Not very comfortable. When asked if we could be given a different room they said they couldn’t. I think they could have done a bit more. We asked for a iron & ironing board we’re giving a broken iron which leaked all over our clothes which ruined some our clothes. When we requested a replacement they did send a new one without an apology.

+: Die Einrichtung; die Lage; Entertainment; Zimmer; mehrere Pools; KidsClub; das Essen- alles prima; ABER.. Es gab mehrere Diebstahlvorfälle! Bei uns wurden 2 Apple-Ladegeräte aus dem Zimmer geklaut; bei 2 Nachbarn- Geld und teuere Kosmetik😮Das Hotel Management tut so wie wäre das ganz normal, bzw wie würde es von den Gästen gelogen.

+: Fantastic time to be at the property, since it was pre-season. We loved the room, huge and clean. The swimming pools, kids club, the small water park, all were super well maintained and clean. We loved the choice of drinks, cocktails etc. The food buffet was different everyday and always someone we could grab a bite. It is a golf resort, but we were there for a family holiday with another family, so quite nice that it is less busy in the days and the bars are really buzzing in the evenings, good fun ! Absolutely enjoyed the stay!
-: A smart TV in the room would have been even more amazing, especially for the kids.
