+: Le cadre très vert de l’hôtel et son entretien, la nourriture proposée est excellente, la propreté des lieux communs, la plage, l’animation en soirée et les équipements pour enfants. Les espaces détente. Les chats de l’hôtel bien traités.

-: Le nombre de transat autour de la piscine déjà beaucoup trop limité en ce mois de mai. Il y a beaucoup de monde également au restaurant, il faut parfois du temps pour trouver une table libre. A savoir, la plupart des clients sont russes, nous n’avons croisé aucun français.

+: The beach was nice. The hotel in general was beautiful. The food was acceptable (which for an all-inclusive is above average). There were many options provided and there was always something to chow down on. Even though the name says kids concept - it was not entirely centered around kids, so for someone who doesn't have them, this is still a great option if you don't mind seeing a few of them around. The entertainment staff were great and provided positivty and energy. If you don't feel like doing a lot of exploring, and mostly just want to hang around the beach and have some drinks in the evening, this, or other places like this, is the place.

-: The cleaning staff was a bit forgetful and the Guest Relations service wasn't amazing, although they did adress our concerns in the end. On some occasions towels were removed without being replaced, and they forgot to clean our room once or twice. When brought up, it got fixed although it did take a little longer than expected. A minor thing on an otherwise great trip.

+: Kids enjoyed the kids club very much, a lot of activities were held during the day. It was sad that on Sundays it is fully closed.Food was very tasty with the excellent salad selection.

-: It was sometimes hard to communicate manage with English as the whole hotel is very Russian mediated like programs during the day and even the kids club.The rooms need refreshment.

-: The outdoor area of the main restaurant could be better illuminated. Sometimes you do not see what are you eating:)

+: Lieux très calme et apaisant avec beaucoup de verdure, et coin ombragé. Le restaurant extérieur. Le personnel attentif à la propreté des lieux. Là variété et qualité des plats chaudsBeaucoup de transats à la plage ou à la piscine.

-: Touristes principalement russes. Piscine non chauffée. Le personnel ne parle pratiquement pas l'anglais. Manque de structure dans les animations pour adultes.Manque de luminosité dans les chambres. Le buffet desserts qui est identique toute la semaine avec des pâtisseries industrielles surgelées.
