Отель находится примерно в 1,1 км от венецианской гавани Ираклиона и в 2,1 км от археологического музея Ираклиона. В отеле работает бесплатный Wi-Fi. Стойка регистрации отеля открыта круглосуточно, в распоряжении гостей туристическое бюро и пункт обмена валют.
В каждом номере имеется кондиционер, телевизор с плоским экраном и спутниковыми каналами, душ, чайник, фен и платяной шкаф. Во всех номерах есть собственная ванная комната с бесплатными туалетно-косметическими принадлежностями.

+: Staff really helpful and welcoming. Room well equipped and comfortable. Close to a supermarket and loads of bars and restaurants. Great location for one night as very near airport and had a late flight in.
-: Shower flooded into toilet cubicle, think this is a design fault. Sink had no plug. Lighting has loads of settings and super modern, took a while to work out. Other than that the room and service were great.

+: Perfect location for a short visit to Heraklion - we stayed 2 nights before moving on and you get to walk around and see the key sites easy from this base …. Not too far from Port although we used a taxi which was reasonable … room was lovely, we upgraded to the top floor so had the nice patio and views over the city at night … lovely staff, clean modern, great breakfast & room service if u are checking in tired….. close to good restaurants….overall, great choice & recommended

+: Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet top. Zimmer wunderbar. Terrasse mit Whirlpool der Hammer für uns 😻 Wir hatten allerdings auch die Suite im 6 Stock, Zimmer 601) Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, abnutzungsspuren hat das Zimmer schon einige. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln. Kamen mit dem Auto. Hotel hat „Abkommen“ mit dem Parkhaus direkt gegenüber. Preis 16€ 48 Stunden wird aber ein „Zettel“ vom Hotel benötigt bevor man ins Parkhaus fährt. Auto und Schlüssel werden abgenommen und geparkt, das war lustig 😹 vorher noch nie erlebt. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen !!!

+: The property was perfectly located for us to explore Heraklion old town. It is very quiet, comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

+: Great location just a short walking distance to the centre of the old town and the harbour, and many restaurants and shops. The room was very quiet and we could just see the sea from the small balcony. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking garage across the street for 8 euronight was very convenient.
-: This was our second stay in this hotel after a side trip to Chania. The first time around we stayed in the bigger superior room, which I would recommend to everyone. This room was a standard room which was very small and felt cramped. The bedpillow combination in both rooms was uncomfortable.
