+: Le jardin est absolument sublime ! C'était tellement dépaysant ! Le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner et très bons sushis.

+: We had high expectations for this property given its marketing and positive reviews, but it fell short of the hype. The experience felt more like staying in a hostel than a hotel. The property heavily markets its fairy chimney and beautiful swimming pool, but these features don't add much value. The pool is not heated, which limits its usability. The breakfast is average, with a decent selection of cold food but limited and mediocre hot options. I was surprised by the rave reviews from other travelers, perhaps because I've had better experiences and expected more. The restaurant staff is a mixed bag. Some are welcoming and friendly, providing a warm atmosphere, while others seem disinterested and unhelpful, making you feel like a burden. We booked a Standard Double Room, which was spacious, but the bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. When we requested a room change, the staff was unhelpful and discourteous. The bathroom also had safety hazards, such as an old, protruding lock handle that could easily cause injury. Additionally, the hinges creaked, adding an unpleasant, haunted house-like feeling. On a positive note, the hotel provided a comfortable airport transfer and free water, though you have to collect it yourself. Overall, this property did not live up to its marketing or the positive reviews. The hostel-like experience, small bathrooms, and unhelpful staff were major drawbacks.

The hotel lacks a rooftop view for photos with the balloons; guests are directed to a nearby sister hotel, which is inconvenient and disappointing. I recommend booking a hotel with a nice rooftop and good service. There are many cave hotels in Goreme that offer better value.

+: Absolutely stunning. So tastefully designed. Beautiful room and lots of little touches that made a difference. Breakfast was delicious.

-: Shame the pool was unheated and really cold but other than that I’d say it was near perfect

+: The staff were all lovely, very helpful and very organised. The breakfasts were great variety and great coffee. The only two things to make it better heat the outside pool as it was so cold and in the restaurant on the evening it would be great to have Turkish food and not only sushi food. The setting were the restaurant was is really beautiful.

-: The pool was freezing. The look at the back of the pool was a builders yard.

-: El lavamanos de la pieza 348 estaba muy tapado y la ducha no tenia una temperatura estable

+: Tolles Hotel. Schöne Anlage. Schöner Pool. Sehr gepflegt. Schöne Zimmer. Netter Frühstücksplatz. Nettes, sehr bemühtes Personal. Gute Lage. Viele Lokale zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

-: Leider hatten wir kein richtiges Höhlen-Zimmer, auf das wir uns gefreut haben (Delux-Zimmer), unseres hatte zwar 2 netten eigene Balkonen, lag aber leider direkt neben der Strasse (Nachts viele Geräusche zu Hören gewesen, Autos, Musik ...) und der Kanal hat leider im Bad sehr stark gerochen. Personal war immer sehr bemüht, aber das Englisch war bei manchen nicht ausreichend. Letztendlich haben wir trotzdem alles bekommen was wir angefragt haben. Leider wurde an Tagen wo es kurz geregnet hat der Pool & die netten Loungen nicht hergerichtet.

+: Aza Caves property is beautiful and the area is incredible to walk around. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful in answering questions. The room was enchanting and we had a sweet the came with a free bottle of wine that was nice to enjoy up in their garden area.
