+: The staff are excellent without exception. Nothing was too much trouble for them in helping us with our itinerary and ensuring we were comfortable.We missed breakfast the morning of our departure due to an early flight but they provided us with a packed sandwich and carton of juice without us asking for anything! Human touch

+: 1) The rooftop breakfast room and terrace with a good view (also a tiny swimming pool, which we didn't try). If you get up early enough, you can see the balloons flying from this rooftop 2) Huge room with fantastic wooden ceiling. 3) Stylish Turkish decorations throughout the hotel. 4) Very friendly manager who spoke perfect English, his sister who ran the breakfasts, and another reception manager - all were extremely friendly and helpful

-: 1) The exterior of the hotel wasn't as attractive as the pictures suggested. 2) No dedicated parking - although to be fair, it wasn't a problem to park on the road. 3) Cleaning. We had 3 full days there - the first one they cleaned our room, but not the 2nd or 3rd (one of those days we were in the room when the cleaners came, but left later. The other, we were out).

+: Very nice small hotel in this area. Very nice guy meet us on our arrival, and he was checking every time if we enjoying our stay, if we need something. Beds are very comfortable, it was strange experience to sleep two days in a cave, but we enjoy it much. Breakfast is served in a roof top restaurant so you can enjoy sun and look at the valley when you are drinking morning tea. There is also a small roof top pool - unfortunately wheatear wasn't on our side, so we didn't manage to test it. The hotel is situated on a quite part of the town, but very near (5min walking distance) to more crowded area full of restaurants. It was a great stay for us, beside bad weather that we experience during our stay in Goreme.

-: Maybe you should think for bigger air dryer in the room. Just on the second day I realize that the air is quite wet (normally for the cave). I saw there is a dryer in the room, but not big enough. For sure it is not a problem that will ruin the great experience that you can get in Balloon cave hotel!

+: Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und sehr schönen, stilvollen und sauberen Zimmern. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!Herzlichen Dank : )

+: The staff here is exceptional. They go above and beyond to cater to your every need. Location is great. The rooftop offered exactly the view of balloons you are looking for.

-: Cannot complain about anything here. Only as a suggestion I think our preference would have been to get checked into our room and then be invited back to reception to learn about tours. We were just tired from travelling and not ready for the amount of information right at check in. This is not a negative just a preference.

+: Чудовий готель! Раджу його однозначно. Неймовірно привітний персонал. Щойно ми вийшли з таксі одразу персонал готелю забрав у нас чемодани, допомогли їх занести, запропонували нам чай, розповіли всю інформацію щодо екскурсій. Політ на кулях ми бронювали теж через готель заздалегідь. Все вийшло так, як і обіцяли. Сніданки чудові, номер просторий та затишний. З тераси відкривається чудовий вид на місто. Ми задоволені на всі 100%.
