+: Emplacement, la disponibilité la gentillesse du personnel. C'est propre.. La dame qui a repris le service le lundi parlait parfaitement le francais et nous a bien conseillé , elle était super..

-: L apparthotel est au centre ville , heureusement nous étions au dernier étage éloignés du bruit de la rue .... mais pas des moteurs extérieurs de la climatisation et de la chaudière qui ont gêné certaines de mes amies. Autrement rien pour se substancer dans l' appart; un minimum comme du café ou du thé qui manquaient.

-: L'appartement mérite une bonne rénovation : peinture, revêtement des sols et tapis.

+: Very responsive staff, helped with the baggage, arranged transportation to the airport. A clean property as shown on the photos.

+: The apartment is well-located. It is equipped with sufficient toiletries and kitchen utensils. The environment is generally quiet, However, there were disturbances from the nearby mosque's call to prayer (Istanbul problem in general) and some intrusive noise from the central heating system in the bedroom. The highlight of the residence is undoubtedly its reception. The staff speaks fluent English, is available around the clock, and is exceptionally responsive and helpful, making them one of the best reception teams I've encountered in Istanbul.

-: Despite the efforts of the reception staff to ensure a pleasant stay, several aspects could be improved. Without going into all the details, the hotel rooms, including the "penthouse", require significant repairs and updates to refresh and enhance their appeal and functionality. Additionally, more attention needs to be given to cleaning services. Although the potential for a great stay is there, the current state of the rooms does not meet the expectations set by their pricing and classification at all.
