+: Die Personalen sind sehr freundlich. Reichliches Frühstück und gut geschmeckt. Schön Terrasse und Schwimmbad um auszuruhen. Sauber drin und draußen.

+: Location was great!! Easy access and close to main streets

-: Due yo weather they didn’t have the carpets and traditional furniture on roof top, and I was looking forward to that.The room was super dark I know we wanted to stay at a cave but it didn’t have any lights

+: We could see the balloons from our room's window.

-: The room is tiny, compared to what was in the pictures. Odd furniture, not functional for the space. Zero sound proofing so we could hear every cought of every other person around. Extremely uncomfortable bed - after two nights, both me and my husband were struggling with back aches. The bedding is no better, with pillow just an array of clumps. Everything is old, not in a charming way. Breakfast was average at best but almost no hot food. No carpeted terrace as shown in pictures and the pool much smaller than it looks. The location is also not great for walking or hiking, it is closer to the big road then to Goreme central streets with lively restaurants and shops. Overall, the worst stay I had in a looog time. With so many other hotels around, look at other options

-: La cama no era tan cómoda

+: Very polite and helpful personel.the room was very big.the bed  and pillows were wonderful.full relaxing.we didn't want to get up! The bathroom was huge. The location of the hotel is excellent its in the center of goreme and you can go everywhere by foot.it has also some parking seats that if are available you can park your car but even if are not you can park very near.

-: because the bathroom was underground there was high humidity.. the first time we used the jacuzzi a very bad smell came from the pipes and then dirt was spilled out. We had to turn it off and get out.the water came out super slowly there was definitely a problem with the pipes.the next day , the cleaning service cleaned everything.we filled the jacuzzi with water but only that we didn't press  the button  with air presure  because of the rusty pipes.we  although enjoyed  the comfort of warm water.
