+: Cleanliness, Location, pool, bar, staff

-: Free breakfast was bland and boring comprising of boiled eggs, fetta cheese, bread, and sliced tomatoes. The air con cost an aditional £44 to use, which i refused, I had to step into the shower to gain access the loo after openning the door to the bathroom, a tad tight for space. Wifi only available on the ground floor.

+: Location is ok but doesn't matter where you are in the town as it's only a 10 min walk to the other side

-: Breakfast was dispicable one small table with sliced salty cheese. Hard boiled eggs black and green olives over ripe sliced tomatoes sliced cucumber and some sliced bread pots of margarine and runny strawberry jam. Tea or coffee you had to chase them for it if they remembered and a slimy barman room was dated probably from the 90's when it opened no WiFi upstairs only by bar I booked through booking.com otherwise an extra £40 per week for Aircon.

-: on our first morning the lady on reception approached me very abruptly and said that the room had not been paid for. I told her that I booked it a few months before through booking.com and paid on my credit card (I even showed her my credit card transaction)she kept demanding that I put my card in the machine to pay them! I honestly don’t know how I managed to keep calm as I was raging at this point. I told her I would not be paying another penny and I would contact booking.com and my bank. My partner then asked if our second booking had been paid for (we had our first week in Diva hotel, Icmeler, second week in Istanbul then back to Diva Hotel, Icmeler for our third week)the lady checked and she said yes this is paid for so I said well I booked them together so how can 1 be paid and not the other? she was looking through the paperwork and found my booking for the first week and it had been paid, she didn’t even apologise she just brushed it off!I think they will have tried to do this with a lot of customers and people will end up paying twice!I will not be booking Diva Hotel again! ☹️
