+: location and view were great

-: they called asking for towels without searching for it at propety

+: The pool was so nice, especially during the night time! Rooms were super nice and air conditioned, each having their own bathroom. Setting was very nice and the outside looked beautiful during the day. Rooms had a connected balcony which was beautiful! Food was delivered to our door and so were things from the supermarket, making it super convenient. Workers were very friendly and welcoming. Massages were great!!

-: Cleaning was great overall but there were a few small things, such as some towels looking dirty stained and the water pressure for the shower wasn’t that strong. There were a lot of (small) spiders downstairs in the living room area, but i’m assuming because it’s humid since there’s no air conditioning (only a ceiling fan) downstairs. Additionally One of the pillows on the bed had no covers on it & was stained.
