-: We booked a room for 2 days and arrived around 06:00 at the hotel on the second day excepting that we will find our room ready but the room was occupied and the answer that u didn’t pay despite the fact that the it’s mentioned on booking that I don’t need to pay in advance and they already have my credit card details and the Egyptian guy at the reception showed no respect and wasn’t helpful at all , we asked for a WiFi but the answer was when u get ur room which is after 4 hours
