+: Hotel was easy to access as it is on the side of the main road itself. The room was well-maintained, and they gave me a great view on the 7th floor. The staff were courteous. The bed was quite comfortable. I extended for 1 more day through booking.com, and I was able to get the same room.
-: I had a small concern in one particular situation. After checking in, the next morning I developed severe food poisoning (food was from an outside restaurant). I was super tired, unable to leave the toilet or move too much. I ordered medicine from Talabat, but the reception staff told me that it was against their policy to accept packages on behalf of guests, which makes sense. I told them it was medicines and I couldn't come, but they still refused. I said it is okay, and that I will wait a while and come. However, my situation was getting worse.. so after about an hour or two, I called again. This time another person attended, and I almost cried explaining my situation. This time, they brought it up. I understand that they cannot leave their desks just like that and policies exists, but I believe in situations like these, it can be accommodated. I am very thankful to the second person, because I got a little better after taking my medicines.
