-: Didn’t refund my full amount that I paid as security deposit, some amount was deducted without noticing me, don’t know why? Although he checked the accommodation before I left and everything was good. Also didn’t respond to my messages. Bad communication.

+: The location of the apartment was nice
-: They aren’t professional at all.. the check-in time was supposed to be 2:00 pm, however, they asked me to come at 2:40 pm as the cleaners still working. I came 2:45 pm, they let me sitting in the reception till 3:30 pm. When i asked for late check-out, they said we apologise the maximum we can do is 11:30 am . I wasn’t happy with dealing with them at all.The apartment looks like old apartment and i believe we this money you can get better apartment. Also, There’s AED 2,000 security deposit wasn’t mentioned clearly while i was finalising the booking. It’s written within important note !!They know that they aren’t up to level, that’s why I got a message from them offering 10% discount for upcoming reservation, if i write positive review in booking!! I wasn’t happy at all with dealing with them and it’s not recommended to deal with them.

+: Ahmad was amazing! Fantastic service from him. Quick to respond with any requests. The apartment was great and very beautiful. Great location and very spacious with lighting.
-: Sometimes it took a while for lifts to come but that’s not the apartments fault.
