+: Reception staff are all friendly.Housekeeping is ok.
-: Breakfast is a la carte not buffet. Quite limited options, small quantity, low quality… totally not worth paying additional. Furthermore, restaurant staff even refuse to refill the drink… Unfortunately I stayed for 3 weeks but totally fed up with it in 3 days.

+: I'm not big on hotel breakfasts but rise's breakfast of champions was a delight - bread basket with butter and jam to start with, glass of freshly made juice, a cup of coffee of our choice, and a choice of main.
-: I didn't realise Dubai was into the review culture so hotel and restaurant staff coming on to us talking about getting good reviews was something I quite noticed not that it was too bothersome - just was not used to it.
