+: Номер был потрясающей планировки. Потрясла комната горничной с отдельным душем и туалетом. -: Тараканы. Особенно в дамской сумке, оставленной в шкафу. Отель заметно потрепан.

+: Хороший завтрак и расположение. Недалеко станция метро. Рядом много разных магазинчик и ресторанов. Неплохой бассейн и Спа. -: Персонал явно не на 5 звёзд. Балкон в номере грязный, пыльный. В номере помпезно, но неудобно. Набор полотенец недостаточен для 5 звезд. Халат и тапочки пришлось отдельно напоминать и ждать. Есть мини бар, отделение для посуды, но посуды нет, только 2 кружки и одна чайная ложка. Чайник надо было нести подключать в прихожую. Кондиционер плохо регулируется. В общем - "не Рио"...

+: Скоростные лифты, чистота (ежедневная уборка) -: Холодная вода в бассейне, нет ежедневного трансфера на пляж. Нужно за день заказывать. Также несколько раз нам отказали по не понятным причинам.

+: Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта Дубая. Стоимость убера - 50 AED. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, но по нашей просьбе нас заселили раньше. Номер просторный, всё работает, большая ванна, места реально много. Были там недолго, так как поехали осматривать Дубай. В целом всем довольны. Рекомендую. -: Никаких минусов не увидел.

+: Завтрак хороший. -: Неудобное расположение отеля: рядом нет кафе, Метро далеко. В номере отсутствовали: халат и ванные принадлежности. Постоянно надо было звонить на ресепшн и выяснять причину неполного укомплектования ванных принадлежностей. Трансфер до пляжа приходилось чуть ли не с боем брать, так как у персонала не было желания отвозить. И ещё много мелочей, которые портили отдых. И конечно же это не пять звёзд!!!!
