-: Die Speisen und Getränke im Hotel und in den Restaurants sind super teuer.Für ein normales Mittagessen im italienischen Restaurant zahlt man locker 185 Euro für zwei Personen.Auf der Palm weht fast permanent ein kühler Wind .Das Angebot in der Lounge ist verbesserungsfähig

-: Lautstärke Bass spät abends durch die Jazz Lounge wenn man schlafen wollte.Die Elektronik (Steckdosen, Lichtschalter) im Zimmer war teils mangelhaft.Hatte häufig etwas viel von unangenehmen Massentourismus.
