+: Отличное расположение, в самом центре. Отель в целом чистый, но уже не новый. Персонал отзывчивый, но, как и везде в Китае не все говорят на английском. На завтрак не ходил, коллеги сказали, что на 4-ку. -: Можно уже обновить номера, есть кое где "потёртости".

+: Гостиница классная, расположение супер, все что надо рядом - магазины, кафе, фастфуды, бродвей, до знаменитой нарёберной 20 минут пешком -: Цена - к сожалению оказалась слишком завышенной на наши даты. Да и к тому же завтра явно не соответствует цене и рациону людей, прибывших с СНГ. Персонал не такой приветливый и желающий помочь, как например в отелях похожего класса наших стран. Однако по мнению коллег, прибывших с нами, но в живущих соседях, наш Отель оказался лучше, так как там в номерах бывало и холодно. Я бы оценил на общем фоне этот Отель на 8ку. И кстати спа услуги оказались весьма посредственными. И ещё обращайте в гимнасте на то, что букинг сумму за проживание в этом отеле считает отельноза сборы и налоги.

+: Самый большой плюс - это локация. Пешочком можно можно прогуляться до всех основных достопримечательностей, хороший район, рядом парки, магазины. В номерах есть все необходимое плюс хороший письменный стол и удобное кресло перед телеком - по своему типу отёл. больше подходит для путешествующих по работе, чем для семьи.В целом отель, как отель явных минусов нет, но и блеснуть нечем. -: Отсутствие воды в тренажерном зале - пришёл вечером - вода за деньги, да ещё и холодильник закрыт на ключ)

+: По возвращению в отель через 5 дней получила upgrade от менеджера в их 5* отель, находящийся через дорогу. Было очень приятно. Благодарю. -: На ресепшене не работала моя карточка Тинькофф, хотя в других местах использовала ее постоянно, работала без проблем. Т.е. были проблемы с внесением залога за номер, платила наличными.

+: Центр города, в шаговой доступности все необходимое причём на разный вкус и кошелёк. Так случилось, что на момент проживания в отеле у меня был утрачен загранпаспорт, отель любезно выделил человека для сопровождения в полицию. В общем обслуживание на уровне.
