При отъезде расчитались за проживание, деньги сняли с суммы преавторизованной (замороженной) при заезде. Все было отлично, забрали счет, уехали. Через пару дней с карты ЕЩЕ РАЗ!!! сняли сумму за проживание! Пришлось заниматься пересылкой копий чеков от отеля и выписок с банка, причем неоднократно!!!, уже почти месяц разбираемся.Если оценивать с первого шага когда попадаешь в отель: в холле потрясающие цветочные композиции, меняют ночью, на следующий день новые. Стильные интерьеры, ощущение простора и масштабности. Приятный ресторан, еда понравилась, выбор на завтраке очень большой, есть как европейские так и, конечно, азиатские блюда. Лаундж отличный, с панорамным видом на город. Номер тоже понравился. Заказывали трансфер в аэропорт - привезли к специальному входу с сопровождением. Время проживания: Май 2017

Хотели заказать обзорную экскурсию по городу, очень долго и сложно пытались это объяснить. Единственный сотрудник, который хорошо говорил по английски- Мистер Лью, вот ему большое спасибо. Из минусов- сотрудники говорят на плохом английском языке ( но можно учитывать специфику Азии и не считать это минусом) :) Время проживания: Март 2016
