+: Завтрак отличный: разнообразие блюд, выпечки, напитков. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный. Комфорт обеспечивается ненавязчиво. Отель находится в приграничной зоне, поэтому есть ограничения по свободному выездувъезд на территорию отеля. Посторонних на территории не бывает. Надо быть готовым финансово к высоким ценам в ресторанах, а также к депозиту при заселении (стоимость номера + 50℅ от стоимости номера). Мой банк (китайский) "разморозил" депозит сразу же после снятия стоимости за проживание при выезде из отеля. Несколько просторных бассейнов с разной глубиной. Для детей отдельный бассейн. Шезлонги в достаточном количестве как у. бассейнов, так и на берегу моря в разных. местах. Бесплатные напитки. В номер питьевая вода доставляется ежедневно в литровых стеклянных бутылках. +: Все отлично. -: Люди оставляют полотенца на лежаках, и в основном ни когда не убирают их, и непонятно занят лежак или не занят. Не всегда хватает пляжных полотенец.

+: Номер с видом на море, шум волн ночью убаюкивал. На балконе сделана большая лаунж зона с большим и маленьким лежаками. Вай фай отлично работал и на территории и в номере. Очень видовой отель - пальмы, статуи, лестницы. Атмосферно и очень фотогигиенично. До туристического центра Саньи 15 минут на такси. Очень удобно. -: Не идеально чисто. Много листьев и цветов валяется под ногами и в воде, на окраинах бассейна (в закутках за углами, в некупальных зонах) плавали жабы.

+: В целом все хорошо, достаточное кол-во бесплатной воды, вкусные завтраки, зеленая территория, дружелюбный персонал, но почти во всем были нюансы. -: Бассейны. Во-первых бассейн с подогревом мы так и не нашли, а вода при этом была весьма освежающая. Не холодно, но могло бы быть и теплее. В одном из бассейнов уровень воды был ниже нормы примерно на 40см, как следствие не работали аэромассажи, вода не переливалась как это задумано, было немного мелковато, а с горки плюхаешься с хорошего размаха. Во втором бассейне на стенках и дне растут водоросли, хотя вода абсолютно прозрачная. Территория. Красивая, ухоженная и зеленая, но освещения не достаточно. Персонал. Далеко не все сотрудники отеля хорошо говорят по-английски. Один раз просто забыли убрать наш номер, пришлось напоминать на ресепшен. Шатл бас. Шатл ходит 4 раза с интервалом в час с 14-00 до 17-00. Как итог в 17-00 самый загруженный рейс (приходилось ездить даже стоя!), но при этом обратно уехать уже нельзя. То же количество рейсов но с интервало Read more

+: Огромная территория отеля . Волшебно ! Все в зелени , много бассейнов . Очень ухоженная территория .Нет проблем с шезлонгами и полотенцами , что особенно приятно - всегда и везде питьевая вода , вода с лаймом) у бассейна в номере в достаточном количестве . Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. В номере свежие фрукты.Очень вежливый , предупредительный персонал 5+. -: Заселили на 3 -ий этаж, хотя по брони первый этаж с террасой ! После звонка на букинг , переселили в номер на первом этаже. Видимо при уборке номера не принято мыть пол , пол ужасно грязный , протерла салфеткой и показала черную салфетку уборщику !! Извинился и пообещал исправиться , но, увы все осталось по-прежнему !!))
