-: 1. Extra money for AC in living room (There were 2 AC of which one was broken)2. AC in Main Bedroom broke down during our stay, and although they couldn't fix it, there was no refund for it.3. The mattresses on all beds are old and not suitable for a good nice rest. Suggestion to change them asap. 4. The cost of the property could be more equal to the provided ammenities, or the house could be equipped with more comfortable ammenities

+: We stayed at Marilena Sunset Villa 1 for 10 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. It was very private and ideal if you are after a quiet & peaceful holiday. You definitely need a hire car though as it is a little bit secluded and a bit of a distance from any shop or bar. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and it catered for all of our needs. The host, Andreas was a lovely man too. The villa provided perfect views of the sea and the beautiful sunsets that Cyprus has to offer. There are a few stray cats that hang around the villa, but they did not pose a problem at all as they were surprisingly friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and I will definitely be looking to book again for next year 😊

+: Das Haus ist wunderschön, zwischen Oliven- und Mandarinenbäumen gelegen. Vom Haus erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Auto) und malerische Wander-und Joggingwege (fußläufig). Das Wohn-und Esszimmer bietet genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten für 2 Familien. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.
-: Die Ausstattung des Hauses macht einen zusammengewürfelten Eindruck und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Messer waren stumpf, kein Sieb, zerkratzte Pfannen, kein MixerPürierstab, kein frischer Schwamm oder Lappen, kein Desinfektionsmittel, schimmliger Geschirrabtropfbehälter etc. Habe den Küchen- und Sanitärbereich zunächst putzen müssen um sich wohl fühlen zu können.

-: Very old furniture and facilities. The air-condition and lights were on a timer with max 6 hours which meant you had to wake up in the middle of the night to open the ac again... For the living room there was an additional payment 8 euro per day per ac!!!Beds had old very uncomfortable mattresses, together with the ac issue it was difficult to get a nice night sleep.Overall the place was dirty, full of dust and the amenities were not even to an average standard
