-: The staff and the manager were incredibly rude and gossiped behind our backs. We live in Cairo and can speak Arabic. They didn’t know that. I came here with my friend. We are moms just getting away for the weekend and we were completely shocked. The staff members were also drunk all the time. The drinks were terrible and they overfill guests’ drinks with too much alcohol. The food is mediocre. The hotel is one boozy mess and not the value for money. There are scam artists in the shops next to the hotel. The rooms are very far from reception and the restaurants. I DON’T recommend staying here.

+: The food was good, one pool was heated and there were enough sunbeds.

-: Disappointing, we were given the wrong room and when asked we’re told ‘you don’t need two beds as you’re a couple’. lots of works going on so always dusty and loud, works started at 6am too which isn’t ideal on a relaxing holiday. The shower didn’t work as the water was always scolding or freezing with no water pressure. Poor quality bedding. Terrible drink choices. Lager was poured into a cup from a can too, no draught available. Staff on the pool bar would roll their eyes when you asked for anything. Also given restaurant passes but it was always full so never got to book in during our entire stay.

+: Nagyon barátságosak, segítőkészek. Jók az animátorok. Nagyon sok fajta étkezési lehetőség, több helyen is. Alkoholos italokat is tartalmazta az inclusive. Nem kell előre fizetni. Mindent egy helyen elintézhetsz, fakultatív programok, vásárlások, taxi... Nagyon jó a gym!

-: Nem volt melegvíz, de azonnal javították. A SPA részleg kicsit túlárazott.
