+: Friendly staff, nice beach, good food with wide variety.The location of the hotel is so good.
-: They forgot to put towels in one of the two rooms we booked but it is not big issue we got it once we informed the room service

+: All went well and even exceeded our expectation in this hotel rooms were very clean and spacious, staff are friendly and food tastes great from breakfast to dinner, and most of all the nightly entertainment was Superb and very enjoyable, shout out to the performers!

+: We used both Pirates a la carte seafood restaurant on the beach, and Gaucho for a meat feast - both were excellent and great value for money. Staff are very welcoming, from reception to bar workers and waiters, housekeeping, beach workers, and we appreciated the special “welcome back” despite not having visited for well over a year. The beach is fantastic - one of the best along this stretch of coast, main restaurants very good with great selection from which to choose. Splash out on a T-block room - way more spacious than the bungalows, with beautiful sea and beach views.
-: Previous visits have been quiet and relaxed, with very few children. This time was different - lots of children and infants, and the accompanying noise and chaos, and sadly many parents are happy to allow their children to run riot, screaming, crying, playing with the buffet etc. Perhaps we were just unlucky with the timing of our visit - we still managed to have a very enjoyable stay.
