+: Pænt og rent værelse med fin terrasse. Godt hotel. God snackbar med fine drinks og alt personale var meget venligt og hjælpsomt - hurtige til at servere og hjælpe i det hele taget.
-: Værelset var fint. Manglede lige lidt finish hist og her, men ellers ok. På hotellet var det desværre ikke alle restauranter, der var åbne, ligesom booking af restaurant mildest talt var en udfordring. Her er der plads til forbedring.

Es wurde viel Naturstein verwendet, dies weiß ich als Liebhaber zu schätzen.Der Service war sehr gut, in der Rezeption war der Service von Herr Ibrahim sehr professionell und hilfreich, er hat sich stets bemüht das wir uns wohlfühlen. Shazly vom roomservice war sehr angenehm und hat sich stets Mühe gegeben und die Räume sehr sauber gereinigt.Das Essen war für ägyptische Standard sehr gut, jedoch wurde sehr europäisch lastig gekocht, was wir schade fanden. Ägypten sollte stolzer auf seine Küche sein.
-: - Der Kaffee entspricht nicht europäischen Standards - In einem 5 Sterne Haus darf es keinen Orangensaft aus Pulver geben.- Für Muslime gab es keinen Gebetsraum, ein muss in einem muslimischen Land.
