+: It was very good time at labranda .. friendly staff at reception, specially Mr.Maged.he is very nice and helpful.food was tasty.the beach and pool were good.the show was very good.

+: مدير الاوتيل متوفر دائما ويمكن الوصول اليه في كل سهولة وهو لطيف ومتعاون جدا جدا وله مني كل احترامالاوتيل مناسب لكبار السن فقط

-: -ديكور الغرف قديم جدا- لايوجد انترنيت في الغرف-نظافة الغرف مرة واحدة في اليوم ولو حدث اي اتساخ للشراشف او الغرفة بسبب الاطفال لن ترى اي ترحيب من الطاقم المختص بلنظافة حتى انك قد تضطر للتصادم مع الطاقم كماحصل معي يوم الخميس الماضي مساءا حيث تم اخباري بشكل رسمي ان النظافة للغرف مرة واحدة في اليوم فقط-يوجد مشكلة في أقفال الغرف يعني من الممكن فجأة لاتعمل الأقفال على الرغم ان اللوكر الداخلي غير مقفل،حصلت المشكلة عدة مرات-يوجد labranda lemon و coco والدخول عليهما مدفوع ممايعطي تحجيم للمكان الذي ممكن ان تجلس به-بشكل عام حجزت لمدة اسبوع و بعد يومين من الاقامة كنت انتظر انتهاء مدة الحجز حتى اخرج من المكان وكنت أنوي اكثر من مرة الخروج مباشرة والحجز في اي مكان آخر

+: Der Strand war toll! Überwiegend war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe.

-: Für unseren Geschmack hat das Hotel keine 5 Sterne verdient! Am Strand und auch am Pool wurden von den anderen Gästen die Liegen reserviert und somit den restlichen Gästen die Chance auf eine Liege genommen. Zuwenig Platz für die Anzahl der Gäste! Das Essen war sehr einseitig! Manche Kellner waren maulig! Man musste sich die Freundlichkeit regelrecht erkaufen. Kaffeeautomat war regelmäßig kaputt und die anderen wurden abgedeckt! Unser Fazit: haben sonst nur 4 Sterne gebucht und da war der Service um einiges besser, für uns kommt das Hotel nicht mehr in Frage!
