+: Hele mooie accommodatie. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er waren zelfs te veel faciliteiten. Serenity Alpha Beach Resort is de perfecte bestemming voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een luxe en ontspannende vakantie. Ik kijk ernaar uit om in de toekomst terug te keren en beveel dit resort ten zeerste aan iedereen die comfort zoekt.
-: Het is wel écht ver van Hurghada mocht je die stad een keer willen bezoeken. Het in en uit het resort komen is omslachtig en onhandig. Soms stond er een ander bordje bij het eten dan wat het eigenlijk was. Ik miste ook een beetje hoogwaardige (virgin) cocktails en fruitshakes. Maar mijn algemene ervaring was heel prettig.

-: Naturalmente non dipende dalla struttura, ma segnaliamo che purtroppo il vento (soggiorno a metà maggio) non consentiva di entrare in mare causa bandiera rossa, per quasi tutto il nostro soggiorno.

+: The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and there's a lot of choice, the room was spacious and clean. There are 3 pools, and a beach line which were always clean. Overall, a beautiful hotel, great food and usually very friendly staff.
-: The taxi service next to reception is a scam. They don't let your Uber drivers in, and try to convince you the Uber drivers are scammers and will rob you. They do that so you cancel your Uber and pay them 10 times the amount for a transfer. Literally they asked 20€ for a trip that costed us 1.5€ with Uber. Don't use them.

+: This hotel offered even more than we expected, we were really-really satisfied, absolutely 5 star experience. The scenery was so beautiful: the Red Sea was visible almost from everywhere, the garden and the buildings created a special atmosphere, which we loved. Friendly staff, the all-inclusive was perfect. -: No big issues, Internet could be stronger, but it was OK. Somehow we had problems with the sleeping, maybe it was because of the mattress but Im not sure. The guys who offered programmes at the pool or beach were pushy sometimes, that was a bit unpleasant but you can handle it.

+: Rico desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Lugar organizado, limpio y grande. La habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones y todo funcionó bien. Ubicación a 30 minutos de Hurghada, tiene una playa de arena donde tomar el sol y una mar de suelo rocoso pero tiene una barrera coralina perfecta para snorkel accesible a través de un muelle. El mar salado te mantiene flotando (en caso que no seas nadador experto). El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial de inicio a fin. Volveremos! ;)
