+: Excellent breakfast, can walk to Luxor Temple from the hotel. Lovely swimming pool. Very attentive and helpful staff.

+: Breakfast had a great and wide selection and quality was excellent. We had dinner both nights in the Italian. Room and its size were excellent.view superb - even for a side view. Everything about the hotel & staff were excellent.

+: Luckily we got a free upgrade to a junior suite so this review may be slightly bias, but wonderful staff, especially pool angel Nagha, and incredible location overlooking the Nile. Would stay again, no question.

-: Put a do not disturb sign on your door to save being woken by laundry service and water replenishment

+: موظفي التنظيف ناس طيبه ام الاستقبال فكانني عدو. لهم لا ابتسامه ولا اسلوب استقبال والله المستعان

-: مدير الموظفين لم يعد لي حساب ليلتين تم سحبهم من بتكرار الحجز الا بعد ان اخذ مني مبلغ وقد حاولت معه في السابق ورفض وعند اعطائه مبلغ كهديه اعاد المبالغ لحسابي
