+: Hätte gerne was positives erwähnt aber ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Mister Yasser war sehr nett.Ahmed Keshk in der Reception. Den Rest möchte lieber nicht bewerten.

-: Personal verhalten Das Essen hat sich oft wiederholt Hygienisch könnte besser sein Bettwäsche + Badetücher Beach Bar ,Animation mal ganz ehrlich ich bedauere es das ich hier gebucht habe und kann es leider nicht weiter Empfehlen.

-: Bettwäsche ung die Handtuch in dunkel Faber, zu alt. Gala Dinner bei Sylvester wie ein Betrug organisiert wurde : alle Gäste wurden vor Tag die Kater mit der Sitz bei Gala gegeben aber kein Bescheid oder die Schriftliche Information gezeigt, dass man dafür bezahlen muss. Kurz vor dem Sylvester verlangte das Hotel die Gäste für die Gala Dinner bezahlen. Ich bezahlte nicht und meckte, dass ich betrügt wurde. Man hat mich zwar bedroht, wenn nicht bezahlen kein Essen. Ich sagte : Ja, kein Essen bei Gala Dinner aber Hotel muss die normale Abendbrot für uns geben. Dann muss man die Abendbrot ins Zimmer bringen. Es ist ganz schlecht .

I have never seen a three-star hotel without guest Realion!!It gives the impression that the people who work in the hotel are willing to lose guests or maybe they are angry with the owners cause they get very little amount as income
