+: Всё! Мы получили номер в 12 часов, чисто, уютно, удобно. Прекрасный приветливый персонал -: Были проблемы с освещением . На мой взгляд, недостаточно розеток, часть из них не работала

+: Приятно удивил сервис, что редко для Израиля. Просьбы исполнялись моментально. Прекрасный СПА. Разнообразная и вкусная еда. В номере есть всё необходимое. Имеется чайник и кофемашина. Косметика с чудным виноградным запахом. Чисто, нигде не заметила ни пыли, ни пятен, ни грязи. Уборка два раза в день. Хорошие матрасы, удобные подушки. Красивый вид с балкона, приятно посидеть с чашечкой кофе. В ресторане к столику провожает один из официантов, спрашивают есть ли особые запросы, предлагают вино, кофе и т.д. Тихий, спокойный и комфортный отдых, очень рекомендую к посещению. -: Хоть детей и нет в гостинице , но в СПА некоторые дядечки-соотечественники особой культуры быта сигали в бассейн с бортика, обдавая близстоящих волной с ног до головы. К сожалению замечания им никто не делал. Негде сушить купальники.

+: всё!! один из лучших отелей в Израиле!!! возвращаюсь сюда не один раз!!! Очень крутой уровень!!! Классный персонал, особое спасибо Ахмаду , который работает на ресепшн он встречает уже не в первый раз и его работа на высшем уровне!!! всё было супер!!!

неудобные подушки. парковка мудренная.ресторан бесподобен! общая атмосфера, вид из номера. важно понимать, что это не экскурсионная гостиница, до Иерусалима ехать на машине минут 15-20. больше напоминает шикарный дом отдыха (чем и понравилось). отдыхают в основном израильтяне, туристов мало. На check-in попытались подсунуть счет в шекелях на 60 евро больше, чем бронирование Booking. Будьте внимательны! К 7-ми часам вечера номер для заезда еще не был готов. Пришлось ждать 40 мин., а в 21-00 закрываются и СПА и ресторан для входа. Сауна и хамам - никакие! Парковка очень неудобная, а персонал не торопится с помощью в доставке багажа наверх, к стойке регистрации. Раздражают огрехи мелкого сантехнического ремонта и вываливающиеся светильники в номере. В целом впечатление от отеля очень противоречивое! Серьезная недоработка с обслуживающим персоналом(кроме ресторана).Кухня!!! Считаем себя ценителями вкусной и здоровой еды. Интересуемся всем новым в этой области, любим побаловать свой вкус. То, что мы пробовали в этом ресторане - бесподобно! Возможно не всем понравится система "шведского стола" вечером, да и народа много, суетливо как-то. Нет приватности(( Роскошный огромный номер с видом на горы! Время проживания: Март 2017
