+: Staff were very attentive to our requests and very helpful. Hotel is being operated with good standards of a three star resort hotel.
-: We felt that prices were a bit too high. Especially the additional bites we ordered. However this may be the case in all hotels during the tourists season.

+: Fantastic experience at Giritale Hotel. Staff, especially Mr. Thushan, made my family and I feel so welcome. It's not easy traveling with an infant, but at Giritale Hotel we felt like family!

+: Das Hotel ist in einer traumhaften Landschaft integriert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und war sehr um uns bemüht.Das Essen war OK, aber auch nicht mehr.
-: Leider sind viele Zimmer schon extrem in die Jahre gekommen, so wie das Hotel insgesamt.Erst das 3. Zimmer war akzeptabel, wenn auch eine Kategorie niedriger... Am nächsten Tag gab es dann endlich ein Zimmer, das besser war und ansatzweise "Deluxe" war.Der Pool ist wie das gesamte Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig.Wir würden wahrscheinlich, vor einer Renovierung, nicht mehr hier übernachten.

+: The hotel and the meals are excellent. I booked a bird watching tour with Thushan as a guide. It was very very interesting. Thushan is very helpful and you feel that he enjoys doing his job. I recommend him 100%
