The complex Yavorak is located in the seaside town of Chan, exactly in the middle of the Montenegrin Primorye. The complex is surrounded by old stone houses with a 500-year history, there is a source of drinking water nearby. The distance to the beach is 1200 m along an asphalt road. Every half hour there is a bus. Chan Beach is sandy and pebble, 1100 m long. Along the beach there is a mass of restaurants, cafes and discos. Cottage Yavorak has two floors.
