-: Showers were cold. Loud music played from 9am till 11:30pm EVERY SINGLE DAY. Could not sleep for full two weeks there. It was not as advertised. Plain repetitive food. Expensive. Kids club run for Italian speakers. Whole place run around Italian tour groups. Pool wasn’t clean. No amenities. Only one place to eat despite three restaurants advertised. Very disappointing. Feel sorry for staff who work there.

-: L’entrée et réception. L’accueil hostile du personnel non professionnel. La villa chère payée tres bruyante, jouxtant la discothèque. La piscine de la villa sale et hautement chlorée (inutilisable). La vétusté de l’équipement dans les chambres : serviettes et draps déchirés, pas de savon pour se laver les mains, papier toilettes donné au compte gouttes… La douche : il fallait choisir entre se laver à l’eau froide ou se brûler. Pas de téléphone dans les chambres pour joindre la réception très éloignée de la villa. Éloignement de l’hôtel du centre ville. La plage très bizarre : il aurait fallu une échelle pour y accéder. Les activités réservées exclusivement aux clients Bravo et Coralia. Les repas très peu variés et majoritairement adaptés à la population Italienne (Clients Bravo). Le prix de la villa inadapté aux prestation et le nombre d’étoiles (au nombre de 5) inapproprié.
