+: Strand und Lage

-: Das Personal ist überarbeitet und desinteressiert, speziell an der Poolbar und an der Rezeption. Sehr schade, die Anlage würde so viel hergeben. Ein Beispiel, wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht mit des Zusatz "Club", damit war auch der Zugang zum sogenannten "Club"-Bereich möglich. Leider wurde uns das allerdings bei der Ankunft durch die Dame an der Rezeption nicht mitgeteilt, sondern wir wurden schnell und unpersönlich abgefertigt und haben erst später selbst diesen zusätzlichen Vorteil entdeckt. Generell hat der Service nichts mehr mit 5 Sterne zu tun. Wir waren die Tage zuvor fünf Nächte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel im Süden von Thailand. Es hat ein wenig gedauert, bis wir den Umstieg verdaut haben.

+: Nice room over looking the lake. Big pool with beachfront location. Nice section of the beach,The other end is dirty.

-: It’s hard to get a lounger by the pool as people save them with towels first thing and leave them allDay. The dining and bar is remote from the beach and no view. There is not a nice beachfront bar with entertainment. Aside from the remote kids club there is little for children. Too many children for couples and not enough for children for families.

+: 酒店地处人比较少的地点，安静怡然自得的度假首选，海水干净，泳池充满活力，氛围很不错，紧挨着夜市和班涛海滩吃喝一条街。 早餐很丰富，可以吃到快11点，没准儿能省一顿饭，酒店提供的午餐价格不便宜但做的很地道，量大，可以偶尔吃一次。绿化也非常好。 值得体验的是景区游船，好大一圈能去到各个码头、酒店溜达一大圈，不一样的体验。

-: 出景区的班车不是很多，尤其是去景区门口的班车，希望加开，景区内能玩的和用餐比较有限。

+: Cadre reposant, belle plage de sable fin et plusieurs espaces de baignades en piscine. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Le personnel toujours charmant et serviable. Établissement à recommander!
