+: Le gros plus de cette hôtel est sont personnels qui est vraiment au petit soin, de la femme de menage au réceptionniste, en passant par le voiturier ! Globalement c’était un bon séjour, le petit déjeuner et les repas sont très bon, la piscine est sympa.
-: Les chambres sont ultra bruyante, il faut absolument dormir avec des boule caisse. Isolation à refaire et porte à changer.

+: The service was fantastic from staff. Friendly and professional on every level. The room was lovely and modern and the rooftop pool was gorgeous. Rooms cleaned regularly and staff were super responsive ant attentive.
-: The hotel is really noisy. We had to be moved rooms on our first night as the hotel is on a very busy and loud road. Even from the fourth floor it still felt as though there was a motorway running through the room. It was much better when moved to the back of the hotel. The beds were also rock solid. Ok if you like a very very firm mattress but super uncomfortable for us.

+: Der Pool ist der Hammer!! Traumhafte Aussicht, sehr gute Musik. Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütliche Betten. Lage nahe Patong aber dennoch nicht zu laut. Verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht. Bestes Hotel während unserer Thailandreise auch preis-leistungstechnisch.Werden wieder kommen.
