+: The location is great, hotel is well decorated. Some very friendly reception staff, who tried to help, but difficult to put them.in that position with some downsides of the hotel.

-: The huge amount of mould in the showers, super uncomfortable sleeps, viwed 3 rooms, chsmged twice due to the smoke smell, rooms are very small or awkwardly fit, with low power ac, unable to open windows due to the fact they face inward onto ac units etc. The sauna pool area only opens at 12, sane time as checkout. The rooms are quiet dark too.

+: Hotelul este bine localizat langa statie de autobuz, tramvai, metrou. Raportul calitate-pret este foarte bun, mic dejun diversificat si bogat , camerele sunt confortabile si curate , mobilierul este nou. Personalul este foarte serviabil, venind in intampinarea solicitarilor tale cu solutii.

+: Close to everything and easy to walk or catch tram. Shop was 1 minutes walk to buy anything you need.Staff we friendly and held our bags before and after check inout which was fantastic because we only had one night and 2 days to explore.

-: Sink was having water come up even though we didn’t use it. We just took the sink plug out and it was able to keep draining.Unfortunately we were told that they could order us a taxi and that it would be set at 900 Turkish lira but when we got to the airport the driver was insisting that it was 1450 Turkish lira, very disappointed and the taxi driver wouldn’t take credit card and we didn’t have enough Turkish lira left luckily we had some euro but I felt like it was a mate of his that then took us for a ride.Not a great end into our journey
