-: Atitudinea receptionerei gresita cum a abordat problema rezervării, în timpul rezervării am dat email ca mai doresc extra o zi la prețul care am luat deja ,iar când m am dus sa plătesc au cerut preț diferit fata de cat am platit ,am ales sa ma mut la alt hotel

+: The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was modern and homely

+: Emplacement génial : 500 m de tous les points historiques d'istanbul, après regrettable de ne pas avoir un bar dans l'hotel, et la literie est une catastrophe Pour le reste, c'est correcte

-: literie deglinguée et bar sur le rooftop serait bien

+: Ubytovanie bolo bezchybne. Personal velmi napomocny. Poloha hotela super. Vsetky pamiatky sme pochodili pesi. Modra mesita a Hagia Sofia boli asi 7 min od hotela a Grand bazar tiez. Urcite sa sem este vratime.

+: Great location of the hotel. You can walk everywhere in the old city. Close proximity to grand bazar. The room had not only bathrobe and slipers, but all bathroom necesseties including toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, any time of the day. The bed was very comfortable

-: The room window did not open (but it was ok with airconditioning which you could put on cold or fan). Coffee maschine did not work properly

-: Baustelle neben dem Hotel. Eine Nacht wurde fast komplett durchgearbeitet und die Fenster sind nicht gut Isoliert - man bekommt den vollen Straßenlähm mit und hat im ersten Moment den Eindruck die Fenster wären offen. Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht Aufmerksam, wir mussten jeden KaffeeTee erbitten. Putzkräfte waren freundlich - das Hotel war auch sehr sauber.
