+: Location, food.
-: While I was a guest at the hotel, I decided to extend my stay with two more days. Went to the reception to do this and they told me that I can only do it ONLINE. Did so online and paid almost the same amount as for the initial 4 days. When I went to the reception, they told me that I have to pay an amount with 500 euro less than what I *already paid* when i made my second reservation online (they thought I didn't pay, and just reserved). Basically I overpaid by doing it online. Never had to do an online reservation while being a guest somewhere. Ruined the next 2 nights that I had to spend there.

-: Il servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare : nonostante abbia scelto la formula all included, peraltro molto valida , mi e’ stato addebitata , dopo aver fatto la sera prima il check out , mentre avevo il trasfer in partenza una cena erroneamente , che ho pagato per non perdere tempo a causa della persona alla reception che non ha verificato la mia formula in maniera davvero maleducata , ma nonostante le mie ripetute segnalazioni e mail, nessuno ha mai risposto.Un resort 5 stelle che non risponde alle richieste di chiarimento e’ per me innaccettabile .
