Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Ramada Plaza Izmir 4* 2024-2025 Turkey, Bodrum

+: Dobra lokalizacja hotelu w centrum miasta. Przestronny pokój oraz łazienka - tutaj bardzo na plus. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Dobry dojazd z lotniska.

-: Hotel wymaga odświeżenia - np. w jednym z pokoi zapychała się umywalka. Rezerwowałam 2 pokoje i na recepcji pobrali opłatę przy zameldowaniu za jeden więc musiałam się wracać wyjaśniać kwestię płatności. Recepcja pomocna ale raczej słabo rozumieli angielski - poprosiliśmy jednego dnia o zapakowanie śniadania na drogę, zapisali numery pokoi i okazało się następnego dnia że nowa zmiana nic nie wie (na szczęście udało się na szybko przygotować). Słaby Internet - raz działał, raz nie (najlepszy sygnał był w lobby).

-: Wir mussten ca. 30min. auf unsere Zimmer warten, obwohl wir schon für den Tag davor schon gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer hatte eine verstopfte Armatur, welche auch verrostet und alt war.

+: Not much actually The porter was very nice and helpful his service was impeccable and friendly Very comfy bed

-: The room smelt of lusty mould in carpet Badly Broken tiles around toilet Broken shower handle & hose Poor lighting in bathroom No shampoo or soap in shower bottles (empty) Rude female on reception & could do with wearing a uniform not a short tight skirt and joggers (it’s not a day at the beach) and she could learn some manners For a hotel managed by the Wyndham this hotel is a disappointment

+: The property is very nice and it was clean.. the staff also very kind to us.. they give us free upgrade to my other family members.. and the price is very reasonabe.. and we like the view from our room we can see the city very nice..

-: Don’t have that i didnt like so far..

+: Locația aproape de zona turistică.

-: Personalul foarte obraznic , în special cei care parchează mașinile( au plâns după un tips ..)La recepție u a dintre fete foarte prost educată, atenție face rău afacerii, poate ar trebui să se angajeze în agricultură !
